Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to support the development and enhancement of the KeyNavigator platform.
β’ Lead requirement gathering sessions independently with stakeholders across different departments.
β’ Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
β’ Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
β’ Support quality assurance processes through user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless application releases.
β’ Understand and communicate security, risk management, and IT best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Influence the scope of new features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
β’ Maintain knowledge of the SDLC and how it impacts deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with proven success in working with moderately to highly complex systems.
β’ Expertise in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
β’ Experience creating detailed requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Excellent analytical skills to interpret data-driven insights and support decision-making.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ Experience with vendor system integrations and data conversions.
β’ Knowledge of Change Management, Security, and Risk principles.
β’ Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
β’ Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
