You will collaborate closely with a variety of teams to track milestones, manage ongoing priorities, and keep leadership well-informed on deliverable status, emerging risks, and recommended next steps.

• Gather complex requirements from diverse stakeholders, translating them into concise process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, user stories, and clearly defined reporting needs.
• Analyze a range of operational data (covering finance, staffing, performance, and throughput) to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support optimal business decision-making.
• Drive and support key program planning activities, including preparing meeting agendas, maintaining decision logs, developing briefings, and coordinating timely follow-ups.
• Enhance workflows and increase process efficiency using a suite of tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project (as applicable).
• Produce executive-facing communications, such as slide decks, clear and concise performance narratives (weekly/monthly), and informative “what changed / what’s next” reports to keep stakeholders apprised of program status and developments.
Essential Skills, Experience:
• 3–7 years of experience as an analyst focused on program, operations, business analysis, or PMO support, preferably within regulated or government contracting environments.

• Proven experience in producing stakeholder-ready reports, including tracking KPIs, outlining trends, and providing variance explanations tailored for executive and program leadership.
• Strong ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks or projects, while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with reporting, workflow, and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project is highly desired.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail in documenting requirements, process flows, and status updates.
• Demonstrated aptitude for working both collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and craft clear, concise executive documentation.
