Job Summary
β’ We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, Financial Analysis, and Supply Chain Operations to support logistics, inventory management, and strategic business initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, provide actionable insights through data analysis, and support inventory and asset management processes across third-party warehouse operations and retail display locations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
β’ Analyze inventory flow and operational data from production through third-party warehouse vendors.
β’ Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards to provide real-time insights and support business decision-making.
β’ Prepare weekly executive-level reports highlighting project status, operational performance, risks, and key initiatives.
β’ Translate complex data into concise, actionable business recommendations using Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and executive presentations.
β’ Reconcile inventory and transaction data across multiple internal systems and third-party reporting platforms.
Financial Analysis & Planning
β’ Partner with Financial Strategy teams to manage inventory investments and warehouse operations.
β’ Develop annual business plans, including device allocation forecasts and third-party vendor utilization estimates.
β’ Forecast recovery efforts, asset returns, and associated funding requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Account and Channel teams to ensure appropriate funding approval prior to project execution.
Supply Chain & Logistics Operations
β’ Coordinate shipments and resolve escalations with internal distribution teams and logistics partners.
β’ Support and optimize forward and reverse logistics processes.
β’ Schedule shipments of company-owned assets and collaborate with carrier partners to track, distribute, and recover serialized inventory.
β’ Track and enforce asset recovery activities in partnership with Security and Operations teams.
β’ Manage inventory tracking for retail display locations utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
β’ Conduct ad hoc inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy within third-party warehouse facilities.
Project Management & Process Improvement
β’ Lead supply chain innovation initiatives from project initiation through completion.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
β’ Drive project execution while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
β’ Support continuous improvement efforts across inventory, logistics, and business operations functions.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
β’ 3+ years of experience in:Business Operations
β’ Financial Operations
β’ Supply Chain Management
β’ Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
β’ Proven experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
β’ Advanced proficiency in:Tableau
β’ Microsoft Excel
β’ Microsoft PowerPoint
β’ Experience creating dashboards, executive reporting, and data visualizations.
β’ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights through compelling storytelling.
β’ Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
β’ Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience within the mobile, consumer electronics, retail, or technology industry.
β’ Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics systems.
β’ Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
β’ Background in logistics, device tracking, asset recovery, or supply chain analytics.
β’ Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
