If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung Summary: Job Summary • We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, Financial Analysis, and Supply Chain Operations to support logistics, inventory management, and strategic business initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, provide actionable insights through data analysis, and support inventory and asset management processes across third-party warehouse operations and retail display locations. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Reporting • Analyze inventory flow and operational data from production through third-party warehouse vendors. • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards to provide real-time insights and support business decision-making. • Prepare weekly executive-level reports highlighting project status, operational performance, risks, and key initiatives. • Translate complex data into concise, actionable business recommendations using Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and executive presentations. • Reconcile inventory and transaction data across multiple internal systems and third-party reporting platforms. Financial Analysis & Planning • Partner with Financial Strategy teams to manage inventory investments and warehouse operations. • Develop annual business plans, including device allocation forecasts and third-party vendor utilization estimates. • Forecast recovery efforts, asset returns, and associated funding requirements. • Collaborate with Account and Channel teams to ensure appropriate funding approval prior to project execution. Supply Chain & Logistics Operations • Coordinate shipments and resolve escalations with internal distribution teams and logistics partners. • Support and optimize forward and reverse logistics processes. • Schedule shipments of company-owned assets and collaborate with carrier partners to track, distribute, and recover serialized inventory. • Track and enforce asset recovery activities in partnership with Security and Operations teams. • Manage inventory tracking for retail display locations utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Conduct ad hoc inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy within third-party warehouse facilities. Project Management & Process Improvement • Lead supply chain innovation initiatives from project initiation through completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies. • Drive project execution while influencing stakeholders without direct authority. • Support continuous improvement efforts across inventory, logistics, and business operations functions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. • 3+ years of experience in:Business Operations • Financial Operations • Supply Chain Management • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups. • Advanced proficiency in:Tableau • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Experience creating dashboards, executive reporting, and data visualizations. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights through compelling storytelling. • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority. • Adaptable, positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the mobile, consumer electronics, retail, or technology industry. • Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics systems. • Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes. • Background in logistics, device tracking, asset recovery, or supply chain analytics. • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
