Business Analyst

Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for technical solutions. • Create and maintain UAT documentation and support testing activities. • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined. • Work on projects involving AI solution development and evolving technology landscapes. • Document functional features and critical technical components. • Support agile pods and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement. Must-Haves • Proven Technical BA experience (not purely business-focused). • Strong ability to write functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience with UAT documentation and testing processes. • Understanding of technical components and ability to capture detailed requirements. • Exposure to AI-related projects or technology-driven initiatives. Plusses (Nice-to-Haves) • Cloud background, especially AWS. • Familiarity with documenting AI solution features. • Experience in contract-to-hire environments. • Ability to adapt to technology changes and evolving requirements. Skills & Tools • Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite • Technical Skills: SQL (basic queries), API understanding, AWS (preferred) • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum • Documentation: BRD, FRD, UAT scripts
