Currently a 6 month contract but the manager is ideally hoping for head count to add this person as a permanent team member. if someone is interested in contract to hire salary range is 80-100K

2 days per week onsite: Ideally Milwaukee OR Merrill Wisconsin.

the Customer Experience team is looking for a Business Analyst as they continue to build out there customer and broker portal Feature they are working to build out include pill bay, review status of claims, edelivery functionality on documents, etc.

They are currently building off the Liferay platform for the portal.

Main responsibilities include gathering requirements sitting between the business users and owners and the technical team. Will help translate the requreiments and facilitate and capture the functional needs.

Job Summary

As an IT Application Analyst on the Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our applications meet the needs of our customers and provide a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, write requirements, and help design application solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

   • Requirements & Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and work with developers and qa to translate these into technical specifications.

   • Mockups & Wireframes: Create mockups and/or wireframes using Figma along with marketing partners to convey how software should be developed.

   • User Training and Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.

   • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and application enhancements to optimize the customer experience.

   • Data Analysis: Analyze application data and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

   • Other duties as assigned: Act as a project manager on smaller team efforts, act as a scrum master as needed, active participation in agile team meetings, responsible for work card creation/organization in AzureDevOps (ADO) tool.

Qualifications

   • Experience: 3+ years of experience in application analysis, requirements creation, or a related role; preferably as part of a Customer Experience (Customer Portal) type IT team

   • Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in Insurance.

   • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic SQL to be able to understand data as well as understanding system integration. Familiarity with customer experience platforms is a plus, especially Liferay.

   • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

   • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

   • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

   • Learner: Ability to learn IT systems, methodologies and processes, data, and policies, products, etc., associated with the business.
