Required
8 Years - Agile methodologies, user story creation, working as part of an Agile team as a Business Analyst, participating in all Agile ceremonies, and leading Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, and Retrospective sessions.
8 Years - Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar.
8 Years - Performing highly complex (senior-level) business analysis work.
8 Years - Working under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
8 Years - Preforming quality assurance (QA) reviews of user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, non functional requirements, and overall readiness are fully met.
8 Years - Coordinate and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders, ensuring timely sign off and documenting additional work items for backlog consideration.
8 Years - Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and help prepare proposals and/or wireframes to develop new systems.
8 Years - Consulting on the analysis of an application, troubleshoots system problems, and implements solutions.
