Business Analyst 3

Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align technology solutions with overall business strategies. Conduct business process mapping, reengineering, and identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business operations. Prepare solution options, perform risk assessments, and conduct financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy vs. build evaluations. Develop detailed documentation of user requirements, system functions, and steps needed for application development or modification. Participate in software development reviews and provide guidance during analysis, design, and testing activities. Perform or support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.). Analyze raw data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Support project planning, prioritization, and status reporting. Utilize creativity and independent judgment to accomplish complex tasks with minimal supervision. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. 8+ years experience across business analysis areas of knowledge and related activities. 8+ years participating in software development reviews and supporting analysis, design, and testing. 8+ years performing or supporting unit, system, and user acceptance testing. 8+ years experience in planning and organizing multiple assignments without compromising accuracy. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both IT and business teams. Minimum 5+ years experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Strong experience as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst; project management or PMP experience a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with case management system implementations. Hands-on experience with Jira for project and task management. PMP certification is a plus.
