Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested: Must-Have Skills • 9+ years of experience analyzing, evaluating, and documenting business systems and user needs. • Strong knowledge of business analysis practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. • Proven experience in software development reviews, testing (unit, system, and UAT), and cross-functional collaboration. Nice To Have Skills • Experience implementing case management systems. • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
