Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a contract opportunity. Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. This role requires you to dig deep into a specific business area and help define the details of how to drive business results through technology. You will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and subject matter experts in an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes. Responsibilities: • Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain with a broad understanding of surrounding business and domains • Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas and domains while consulting and mentoring other Business Analysts • Think strategically in understanding business drivers to define "target state" solutions • Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains • Author user stories and/or features independently with medium to high complexity and sometimes across multiple teams • Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating the business test planning and test execution • Use advanced project management skills to lead, complete and advance work Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • 4-5 years of prior experience in business analysis • Deep familiarity with agile & scrum development environments • Experience with Atlassian JIRA • Experience with Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) • Effective communication skills Desired skills: • Process Flow Documentation • Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Technical Acumen • Experience with technical business requirements • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or SQL Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
