Business Analyst

• Job Title: IT Senior Business Analyst • Location: Indianapolis, IN • Work Mode: Hybrid preferred / Remote considered for exceptional candidates Job Summary: The selected resource will work closely with the Project Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise-scale technology project. This role will focus on gathering business requirements and ensuring a successful transition. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Analyze current business processes and design future-state solutions • Create workflow diagrams, specifications, and process documentation • Convert roadmap features into detailed user stories • Communicate findings and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders • Support testing, validation, and implementation of systems/process improvements • Coordinate with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment with goals • Assist in project management activities as needed Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field • 5+ years of Business Analyst or related experience • 5+ years of experience with project management methodologies/tools • Strong experience leading medium to large IT projects • Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management • Experience creating User Stories • Strong understanding of SDLC, preferably Hybrid Agile environment • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Skills: • Prior healthcare industry experience • Understanding of healthcare enterprise systems • Experience with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting
