Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support system migration and application development projects. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping data, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful implementation with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Perform data mapping and migration analysis using SQL
• Conduct gap analysis and process modeling (As-Is / To-Be)
• Create mockups, test cases, and requirement traceability matrix
• Support UAT, validation, and data integrity checks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Prepare user documentation and training materials
Required Skills
• 7+ years in business analysis and requirements management
• Experience with web-based applications and system migrations
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills
• Experience with test cases, UAT, and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
• Experience in Agile projects
• Experience in government or regulated environments
