About the Role
Luxoft is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – IAM to join a complex, fast‑paced financial services change portfolio. You will play a key role throughout the full project development lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders while driving the successful delivery of Identity & Access Management solutions aligned with regulatory and security frameworks.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep IAM domain expertise, and the confidence to engage with senior leadership in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed requirements gathering and produce high‑quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
• Support end‑to‑end Business Analyst engagement across the full Project Development Lifecycle
• Formulate, document, and present proposed solutions, including illustrative calculations using production data
• Develop testing strategies, compile test plans and test cases
• Execute system and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Compile, analyse, and present test results to stakeholders
• Provide SME support to Project Managers and business partners
• Act as a trusted advisor on TEC solutions, with a solid understanding of the technology vendor landscape
• Deliver concise, evidence‑based insights to enable informed senior management decision‑making
• Prepare and deliver status reports, MI, and KPIs for the BA pillar
• Own and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where required
Collaboration & Leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, change, and business stakeholders
• Act as a key business partner and representative for TEC within the wider organization
• Demonstrate a proactive approach when working with senior technology management
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the change portfolio
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in framework development and deployment
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security frameworks, including:
• EBA‑ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, FCA (or similar)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience within a financial services environment
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Identity Governance
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Access management in highly complex environments
• Definition, assessment, and governance of IAM processes, procedures, and controls
• Delivery of IAM solutions aligned to compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of security assurance best practices and related frameworks
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize multiple workstreams within rapidly changing portfolios
• Experience in business analysis and solution design across other cybersecurity domains
• Strong technical skills, including:
• SQL querying
• Advanced Excel
• Independent systems analysis
