Role Overview
The Business Analyst IV will support the e-Commerce Operations team by mining, analyzing, and delivering data-driven insights that drive operational learnings and business growth. This role partners closely with Business Intelligence and cross-functional stakeholders to develop dashboards, identify KPIs, and influence data-backed decision making across fulfillment, returns, operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Mine, develop, and distribute actionable insights to support e-Commerce Operations growth.
β’ Partner with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data integrity across dashboards related to Fulfillment, Returns, Operations, and NPS.
β’ Design and develop customized Tableau dashboards to support Fulfillment Operations.
β’ Identify KPIs, create holistic measurement frameworks, and perform historical benchmarking.
β’ Analyze channel-specific operations data using multiple sources, including Vertica, Tableau, Kibana, and eCommerce business platforms.
β’ Conduct multivariate, A/B, and user testing to validate hypotheses with data-driven outcomes.
β’ Apply advanced analytics to uncover business growth opportunities.
β’ Provide data-driven thought leadership to improve forward and reverse operations, leveraging predictive modeling where appropriate.
β’ Continuously enhance analytics processes and tools by integrating new data sources.
β’ Prepare reports and support Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with meaningful insights.
β’ Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to translate data initiatives into actionable solutions aligned with business priorities and strategy.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on Operations.
β’ 3+ years of experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL.
β’ 3+ years of experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B and multivariate tests.
β’ Experience working in an eCommerce and/or Digital Commerce environment.
β’ Strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI and visualization tools).
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong communication and data presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ MBA or Masterβs degree in Analytics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
β’ 5+ years of experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using tools such as Python, R, SAS, or STATA.
