Business Analyst 4

Primary Location: Richmond, Virginia V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Business Analyst 4 for our premier client Richmond, Virginia. Education And Experience » • Experience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systems • Experience with software products including Word, Excel, Visio, and DevOps Knowledge And Skills • Candidate will be involved in application discovery/training, requirements gathering, and QA testing. The candidate should have laboratory testing experience and/or experience with LIMS implementation. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methods • Assisting in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance activities • Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations • Analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and user stories • Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills • Creating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs • Eliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshops • Analyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation Interested?
