Role description
We are seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst to support the planning, execution, and documentation of User Acceptance Testing across multiple business applications. This role is responsible for validating business requirements, executing test scenarios, documenting results, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality application releases. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in UAT processes within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and update test plans, test cases, and testing documentation for applications within the UAT scope.
• Execute business scenarios in the UAT environment and validate functionality against business requirements.
• Document test execution results, defects, and observations with a high level of detail.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test approaches.
• Identify testing dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and UAT leads to clarify requirements and resolve testing questions.
• Reconcile test results across multiple testing cycles and teams to ensure complete coverage.
• Ensure all testing artifacts are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the UAT Manager or Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completion.
• Promote quality assurance standards and testing best practices across projects.
Required Qualifications
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience with FileNet.
• Experience documenting and tracking defects and test execution results.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with qTest.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Familiarity with LLMs or AI innovation tools.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
