Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience to lead and guide a 5-member Business Analyst team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Actimize platforms and strong experience working with Fraud Line of Business and Operations teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can identify pain points, recommend process improvements, and introduce automation/AI solutions to reduce manual efforts. The position follows a hybrid work model with day shift hours. Experience • 8 to 12 years of relevant Business Analysis experience • Prior experience leading or mentoring BA teams is mandatory Required Skills • ACTIMIZE RCM Designer • Actimize Unified Data Manager (UDM) • Actimize ActOne / RCM • Actimize Alert & Case Management systems • Fraud domain (Financial Crime, AML, Fraud Operations) Nice to Have Skills • Exposure to automation and AI solutions in Fraud/Compliance space • Agile/Scrum environment experience • Stakeholder management across business and technology teams Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a 5-member Business Analyst team, ensuring high-quality delivery • Act as the go-to person from a Scrum Master perspective for all BA-related work • Partner with Fraud Line of Business and Operations teams to: • Identify operational pain points • Document current and future state processes • Recommend and introduce automation/AI solutions available in the market • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional IT and product teams to ensure seamless Actimize solution integration • Develop and maintain documentation for: • Business processes • System configurations • Functional requirements • Perform data analysis using Actimize tools to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Facilitate workshops, grooming sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards using Actimize solutions • Monitor system performance and support issue resolution • Support implementation of new features and enhancements on Actimize platforms • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Qualifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer and Actimize Unified Data Manager • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment • High attention to detail with strong documentation skills • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Apply today or share profiles at gayathri.s@smartitframe.com
