Role description
Key Responsibilities
β’ Agile Product Management: Drive the agile lifecycle by managing the project backlog, defining priorities, and ensuring the team stays aligned with strategic goals.
β’ Requirements Engineering: Elicit, draw, and document functional and non-functional requirements using a diverse toolkitβincluding storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and process diagramming.
β’ Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced data querying and reporting skills to analyze complex datasets and recommend actionable solutions to business problems.
β’ Strategic Collaboration: Build and maintain execution-focused alliances with partner leadership to ensure project roadmaps align with broader organizational objectives.
β’ Solution Design: Use creativity and a variety of problem-solving approaches to bridge the gap between technical constraints and business aspirations.
β’ Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to capture user stories, manage bugs, and build comprehensive dashboards that track the health of the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements:
β’ - Minimum +3 years of application as a technical product analyst or business analyst in large projects
β’ - Experience in an agile process, managing project backlog, and helping to define priorities.
β’ - Experience drawing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming.
β’ - Possesses/maintains advanced data querying, reporting, and analysis skills and is comfortable recommending solutions to problems.
β’ - Practical skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with partner leadership.
β’ - Demonstrates significant creativity and a variety of approaches to solving business and technical problems.
β’ - Possesses/maintains advanced verbal and written communication skills.
β’ - Possesses/maintains advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
β’ - Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps) to capture user stories, create a dashboard, generate reports, report bugs, and use it to manage the complete agile project life cycle.
β’ - Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices
β’ - Knowledge of Real Estate Lending Products and mortgage business Area
β’ - Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, and Scrum Master (CSM) is helpful.
β’ - Should have good communication skills and business requirements/writing skills for user stories.
