📣 Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager (Contract) – Belfast Rate: £550/day | Duration: 5 months We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a Market Ops Transformation team, supporting strategic change across Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC) and Equities Operations functions for a leading investment bank. The Role You’ll deliver key projects end-to-end, lead business analysis efforts, and support major process and technology transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Managing project scope, timelines, risks, and reporting • Producing clear documentation (charters, requirements, RAID logs) • Driving process optimisation and automation opportunities • Partnering with Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders • Supporting regulatory, control, and strategic change initiatives What You’ll Bring • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis • Ability to analyse data and translate requirements into actionable plans • Knowledge of operations, workflows, and process improvement • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Excel/SQL • ETD/OTC knowledge and regulatory reporting experience (desirable) • 3–5 years’ operations experience (preferably banking) • Experience with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies
