Role description
As a Business Analyst supporting the Personal Loans Marketing team, you will collaborate with marketing strategy leaders and product owners to optimize customer targeting and enhance performance across acquisition channels. This role leverages data-driven frameworks to shape test strategies, refine campaign targeting, and enable go-to-market decisions through strong analytical skills and business acumen. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with campaign managers and product owners to identify business objectives and define key performance indicators. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to support developing effective marketing strategies. • Monitor marketing funnel performance, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates and cost efficiency. • Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to guide targeting and personalization efforts. • Work with Data Analysts to define data requirements and verify the accuracy of analytics delivered to business teams. • Design and assess A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing activities, including creative assets, offers, and channels. • Transform analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations and present results to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, marketing strategy, or product analytics. • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, campaign evaluation, and key performance metric development. • Familiarity with leading marketing platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, Adobe, or Marketing Cloud). • Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis. • • Skilled in presenting data-driven insights using PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). The salary range for this position is $55/hr to $110/hr depending on years and depth of experience.
