Key focus areas include:

• Ensuring smooth transition of operational technologies and supporting infrastructure
🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Define the effort required for system transitions, including validation and compliance activities
• Analyze interactions between equipment, software, infrastructure, and data systems
• Lead or support Computer System Validation (CSV/CSV-E) efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare systems for migration
• Support execution of transition activities and cutover readiness
• Document requirements and contribute to overall migration planning
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of:
• Software validation (CSV)
• GxP vs Non-GxP systems and regulatory requirements
• Manufacturing system architecture (connectivity, infrastructure, data storage)
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment systems and integrations
• Ability to quickly assess environments and deliver with minimal ramp-up time
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill)
• Knowledge of ERP/PLM integrations
• Experience with system separations, divestitures, or large-scale migrations
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems in regulated industries
👤 What We're Looking For
A hands-on analyst who can hit the ground running, quickly determine:
• Validation requirements
• Pre-cutover readiness activities
• Practical execution steps for system migration
🌟 Why Join This Project?
• Contribute to a high-visibility transformation initiative
• Work across a diverse, cross-functional environment
