Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure business goals are achieved efficiently. Contact: Sai Vardhan Bolla Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and detailed process flow diagrams • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements • Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams • Support sprint planning, UAT, and release activities • Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Hands-on experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) with end-to-end ownership of process optimization and transformation initiatives (mandatory).
