π Position Overview
The Business Analyst 2 will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs while formulating solutions aligned with overall business strategies. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with system migrations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
π Key Responsibilities
π Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
β’ Identify, define, and document business and technical requirements.
β’ Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
β’ Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
π Data Mapping & Transformation
β’ Analyze legacy and target system data structures.
β’ Identify and map data fields from source to target systems.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness during migration.
π Process Modeling
β’ Document As-Is (current state) and To-Be (future state) business processes.
β’ Apply industry-standard business process mapping and reengineering techniques.
π Gap Analysis
β’ Identify functionality and data gaps between legacy and new systems.
β’ Propose solutions for process improvement, data cleansing, and system enhancements.
β’ Perform cost/benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and buy/build evaluations.
π Validation & Testing
β’ Define test cases and validation criteria.
β’ Perform data validation and ensure consistency.
β’ Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
π Stakeholder Management
β’ Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions.
β’ Communicate progress, manage risks, and align expectations.
β’ Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams.
π Documentation & Training
β’ Develop user manuals and functional documentation.
β’ Support training efforts for end users.

Required Qualifications
β’ Experience as a Business Analyst supporting system migration or modernization projects.

β’ Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience supporting UAT and testing cycles.
