We’re seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate to support our client’s digital transformation team. This temp role is hybrid and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Locations: Houston - Onsite 5 days per week Delaware - Onsite 2-3 days per week (remaining remote) Columbus, OH - Onsite 2-3 days per week (remaining remote) Contract to Sept '26 + extend (possible convert to perm) • • • AI tools are must have • • • • Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Collaborate with technical, UX, and product teams to align business needs with system solutions. • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including planning and scrum meetings. • Elicit, analyze, and clearly document business and technical requirements, ensuring traceability. • Implement BDD practices through writing structured scenarios that validate requirements. • Use tools like Figma and Jira to manage design and project workflows, maintaining a well-organized backlog. Business Analyst Qualifications: • 3+ years' experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in business analysis and data analytics. • Proficiency in Jira, Figma, and MS Excel or similar tools. • Ability to translate design ideas into comprehensive technical documentation. • Skilled in writing clear BDD scenarios and acceptance criteria, facilitating agile practices.
