This is a strategic role for a proactive professional who can drive discovery sessions, map “as-is” and “to-be” processes, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements through data-driven insights and scalable automation. This is not a pure reporting role — it’s a hands-on business analysis position focused on process optimisation, automation, and leveraging modern technologies. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Lead discovery and requirements gathering for process improvement initiatives • Map and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes • Deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate/Power BI • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption 🧠 Skills & Experience Required • Strong process improvement mindset • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, data analytics, AI, and automation • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills • Facilities Management experience preferable 📍 Location: Hybrid – remote & client site 🚀 Why Join?
