Business Analyst

Job Title - Business Analyst Job Location – Merrimack, New Hampshire Job Type – Onsite Duration- 12 months Description : The Role This role is for a Business Analyst supporting digital product initiatives focused on improving experiences for brokerage and wealth clients and internal associates. The position is embedded within an agile team and involves contributing to all stages of the digital product lifecycle, including identifying opportunities through data analysis, defining requirements, supporting implementation readiness, and measuring outcomes. The role also includes close collaboration with technology and AI teams to deliver scalable digital solutions, along with ensuring applications function correctly during platform migrations and enhancements. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of business analysis experience working on customer- or associate-focused digital solutions, along with experience in agile environments. Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau are required, as well as the ability to analyze performance and report on application outcomes. Familiarity with AI model lifecycles, platform migrations, and voice or chatbot technologies is a plus. The role requires strong documentation, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex system interactions into clear requirements and insights. Must Have: 3-5 years' experience SQL, especially queries and reporting on applications Any voice experience or chat bot experience (huge plus)
