Role description
The Business Analyst will support the project manager and the SME’s in analyzing processes, identifying improvements, defining requirements, and implementing solutions. Key Responsibilities include:
• Requirements Gathering
• Data Analysis & identifying trends
• Process Optimization
• Project & Change Management
• Stakeholder Coordination
Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MRP/CMMS).
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Access), SQL, data visualization/reporting tools.
• Analytical & Process Orientation
• Solid analytical mindset for root-cause analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, JIT methodologies for continuous improvement.
Core Competencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and with suppliers.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Soft Skills & Attributes
• Critical-thinking and customer-service oriented.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptability in supporting both operational and project-driven processes.
