Onsite 5 days a week Business Analyst Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications from key banking stakeholders. Map complex banking processes into actionable technical workflows. Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position. • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or QA Analyst within the Banking • Write complex SQL queries (e.g., joins, subqueries, aggregations) to extract data. • Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and gap analysis to validate the accuracy of data. • Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and edge-case criteria for new banking applications and APIs. • Execute manual testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with business
