Role description
My client is looking for a Commercial Process Business Analyst to sit at the heart of our global Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation. You will translate process designs into real, working solutions across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Informatica MDM and our wider GTM tech stack, working with stakeholders in 28+ countries. You will sit between Global Process Owners (GPOs), IT and regional teams, turning process intent into clear requirements, robust testing and successful rollouts. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys structure, can work independently, and is comfortable moving between business and systems detail.
Essential experience
3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Functional Consultant in a complex B2B technology, SaaS or operations environment.
Strong experience mapping business processes (L2/L3) and converting them into clear, structured requirements.
Hands-on UAT experience: designing test cases, coordinating testers, managing defects and sign-off.
Proven track record working with multiple stakeholder groups (regional business teams, IT and external partners) at the same time.
Excellent written communication, you are comfortable producing process docs, requirements and status updates that others can rely on.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information; you know how to structure work and keep delivery moving.
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud (CPQ) or similar CRM/CPQ platforms.
Familiarity with B2B GTM processes such as lead management, opportunity management, quoting, order management or partner management.
Experience working alongside a systems integrator on an enterprise transformation programme.
Exposure to Global Process Owner or process governance models.
Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, MIRO or Visio (process mapping) and Jira/Confluence (requirements and defects).
