• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
• Knowledge of API-based systems, integration workflows, or cloud technologies.
• Exposure to UX collaboration, including user journeys and personas.
• (Optional) Familiarity with SQL or analytics concepts.
