Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze requirements for AI-driven initiatives with a focus on data security.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for AI and compliance workflows.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Conduct ROI assessments and risk analysis for AI projects in regulated environments.
Requirements:
• 6+ years as BA, with 2+ years on AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-native solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and secure development lifecycle.
Technical & Domain Skills:
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with AI product lifecycle and risk management.
• Understanding of backup/recovery and resilience strategies.
