Role description

Job Description:
• Document, review and assess business requirements mapped to use cases activation for FY25 and Fy26, translating them into detailed specifications for Adobe RTCDP configurations, data schemas, and activation workflows
• Design, sanity check and document data schemas using Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to enhance customer segmentation, real-time activation, and personalized experience orchestration within Adobe RTCDP. Proficient in usage of JIRA
• Establish and oversee data governance policies and standards within Adobe RTCDP, ensuring data privacy, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and data quality through validation rules and consistent data management practices.
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments to identify opportunities for optimizing existing customer data architecture, workflows, and platform capabilities to better meet evolving marketing and analytics needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration, alignment, and operational workflows within Adobe RTCDP, facilitating efficient and effective customer data activation.
• Support local markets in creating test cases for end to end UAT to ensure completeness to cover both successful and edge scenarios
• Work with local markets to create standard naming conventions, documentation templates and standard operating procedures.
