This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting security compliance and governance initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and documenting business requirements, maintaining compliance-related documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems align with organizational and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project leadership, and development teams. • Maintain and update security compliance documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, control narratives, and supporting evidence. • Monitor compliance activities and ensure documentation remains current and audit-ready. • Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, diagrams, user guides, and job aids. • Support accessibility compliance initiatives and related documentation efforts. • Track project requirements, deliverables, risks, and compliance milestones. • Collaborate with data governance, reporting, and technical teams to ensure alignment of business and reporting requirements. • Participate in stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and project reviews. Required Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, system documentation, or compliance support. • Experience maintaining security and compliance artifacts such as SSPs, POA&Ms, and control documentation. • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST standards, and security compliance practices. • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience creating process flows, business requirements documents, and supporting project documentation. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting security authorization, compliance, or audit-related initiatives in regulated environments. • Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards and related documentation. • Experience working within Agile delivery environments. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work management tools. • Experience supporting large enterprise or government-related programs. • Security or compliance certifications such as CISSP, CAP, Security+, CISA, or equivalent.
