Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of Claims AI projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI-driven solutions for claims processing align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of claims processes, AI technologies, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current claims processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for AI-driven claims solutions.
β’ Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the technical team.
β’ Stakeholder Collaboration:
β’ Act as the primary liaison between business teams, data scientists, AI developers, and other technical teams.
β’ Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
β’ Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Process Mapping and Optimization:
β’ Analyze existing claims workflows and identify areas where AI can add value (e.g., fraud detection, claims automation, predictive analytics).
β’ Develop process maps and recommend optimized workflows incorporating AI solutions.
β’ AI Solution Design and Validation:
β’ Work closely with AI and data science teams to define use cases, data requirements, and success metrics for AI models.
β’ Validate AI models and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
β’ Collaborate on testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs.
β’ Project Management Support:
β’ Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery of Claims AI projects.
β’ Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
β’ Change Management and Training:
β’ Support the adoption of AI solutions by creating user guides, training materials, and conducting training sessions for end-users.
β’ Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth implementation and integration of AI solutions.
β’ Continuous Improvement:
β’ Monitor the performance of AI solutions post-implementation and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in claims processing.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Education:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Masterβs degree is a plus.
β’ Experience:
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance, claims processing, or AI/technology projects.
β’ Experience working on AI or data-driven projects is highly desirable.
β’ Skills:
β’ Strong understanding of claims processes and insurance industry practices.
β’ Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
