Key Responsibilities
β’ Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

β’ Conduct meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
β’
β’ Documentation:
β’
β’ Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
β’
β’ Process Mapping & Improvement:
β’
β’ Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
β’
β’ Stakeholder Management:
β’
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, operations, and leadership.
β’
β’ Solution Design Support:
β’
β’ Work with technical teams to translate requirements into feasible system solutions.
β’
β’ Data Analysis:
β’
β’ Utilize data to support decision-making, perform root-cause analysis, and generate insights for business improvements.
β’
β’ User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
β’
β’ Develop test scenarios, support UAT execution, and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
β’
β’ Change Management:
β’
β’ Assist in creating training materials, SOPs, and communication plans to support solution adoption.

β’ Reporting:
β’
β’ Prepare dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills.

β’ Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

β’ Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
