Business Analyst

This senior-level Business Analyst is dedicated to enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) governance, with additional leadership responsibilities across Business Analysis and UAT oversight. The position serves as the functional owner of KM across the organization—responsible for building a centralized, structured, AI-ready knowledge ecosystem that supports operational excellence and regulatory expectations. The ideal Business Analyst brings deep KM governance experience within banking, strong enterprise BA/UAT leadership, and exposure to modern knowledge platforms, including chatbot or GenAI-enabled capabilities. Core Responsibilities Knowledge Management Governance • Own the enterprise KM discipline, ensuring policies, procedures, job aids, FAQs, and operational content are centralized and consistently governed. • Establish and manage structured content approval workflows and governance models. • Oversee full content lifecycle management, including creation, review, versioning, and archival. • Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base aligned with banking operations and regulatory requirements. • Partner with technology teams to support AI-enabled knowledge capabilities, including chatbot integration and GenAI readiness. • Ensure institutional knowledge is captured, structured, and optimized for future AI retrieval and accuracy. • Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of KM standards across the enterprise. Business Analysis & UAT Leadership • Lead enterprise-level business analysis efforts, ensuring clear requirements, documentation, and cross-functional alignment. • Oversee UAT governance, including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and sign-off processes. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory expectations, and operational readiness. • Serve as a strategic partner to business and technology teams, influencing decisions and driving process improvements. Required Qualifications • Banking or financial institution experience is required. • 8+ years of experience in Knowledge Management governance, Business Analysis, or related process roles. • Proven experience implementing content governance frameworks and structured approval workflows. • Strong understanding of KM platforms, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management. • Exposure to AI-enabled knowledge platforms, chatbot integration, or GenAI content structuring. • Ability to operate at an enterprise level, influencing stakeholders across departments. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational knowledge into structured, accessible content.
