About the Opportunity As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be assigned to one of four key focus areas (Inbound/Paper Enrollment, Medicare/COB, Member Maintenance/Migration, or Testing/Validation) but you will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that supports each other and works together to achieve program goals. The ideal candidate is a "go-getter" with the right attitude, someone who is naturally curious, a meticulous documenter, and an excellent communicator with a deep understanding of the enrollment domain. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to document current-state business processes and identify missing or new functionalities needed for the new Facets-centric environment. • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that align with Facets capabilities and data structures. • Analyze and document business rules, data requirements, and system interaction patterns for your assigned capability area. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and other BAs to ensure functional and technical alignment within the Facets ecosystem. • Support the development of testing strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria to ensure the solution meets business needs. • Contribute to the refinement and prioritization of the product backlog in JIRA. • Work as a cohesive team, providing backup and support for other analysts and focus areas as needed to ensure project continuity and success. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role, specifically on projects related to health insurance member enrollment. • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story development within an agile framework. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify gaps in processes and systems. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Direct experience with Facets module configuration. • Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 270/271), Medicare, or Coordination of Benefits (COB). • Experience with data migration projects or system implementation/integration projects. • Experience supporting testing activities, including test case development and UAT coordination. • Experience working within a large-scale, multi-vendor program environment.
