The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze workflows, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives while managing organizational change effectively. Responsibilities • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders. • Process Improvement: Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements to improve operational effectiveness. • Solution Design: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs. • Digital Transformation: Support initiatives that modernize systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. • Project Support: Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
