About the Role
Weβre seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enhancements and integrations within Guidewire ClaimCenter. In this role, you will work closely with Claims, Development, and QA teams to deliver new functionality, improve workflows, and ensure solutions comply with established standards and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving clarity in complex insurance systems.
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Support enhancements and integrations related to Guidewire ClaimCenter
β’ Lead claims-focused initiatives tied to new functionality
β’ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
β’ Write clear user stories and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
β’ Collaborate closely with development and QA teams throughout delivery
β’ Facilitate discussions with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders
β’ Document workflows, processes, and next steps
β’ Ensure solutions align with internal processes, standards, and compliance needs
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Strong experience in the insurance domain (claims and/or policy systems)
β’ Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter or similar insurance platforms
β’ Experience working in an Agile environment
β’ Working knowledge of SQL (basic queries and joins; complex queries handled by developers)
β’ Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
β’ Ability to adapt to established processes and contribute effectively within them
Nice to Have
β’ Workersβ compensation experience
β’ Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI (not required)
