Business Analyst Bloomreach Engagement | Online Bookings | Outside IR35 Rate: £475/day (Outside IR35) Duration: 6 months Start: Mid February Location: Remote (occasional Birmingham area site visits) The Client One of the UK’s leading hospitality groups (4,000+ sites) is investing in a major digital transformation to improve customer engagement, online booking journeys, conversion and loyalty. The Role We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support two key workstreams: • Bloomreach Engagement implementation (Customer Engagement Platform) • Sales & online bookings optimisation (journey + conversion improvement) You’ll work across Marketing, Digital, Product, IT, Ops and vendors to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and support delivery through to rollout. Key Responsibilities Bloomreach Engagement • Lead discovery and requirements for Bloomreach implementation • Map as-is / to-be processes and customer data journeys • Produce user stories + acceptance criteria (personalisation, automation, omnichannel messaging) • Support UAT, rollout readiness and stakeholder alignment • Ensure GDPR / data privacy considerations are built in Bookings & Conversion • Improve and optimise online booking journeys (reduce drop-off, increase conversion) • Collaborate with UX/Product on customer journey improvements • Support initiatives across loyalty, promotions, referrals and engagement mechanics • Track outcomes and recommend continuous improvements Essential Experience • Proven BA delivery on digital transformation / customer engagement programmes • Bloomreach Engagement experience (preferred) or similar MarTech/CEP/CDP platforms • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation • Confident with user stories, process mapping, UAT • Understanding of customer journeys, personalisation, and marketing automation • Knowledge of GDPR / customer data best practice Nice to Have • Hospitality / retail / multi-site consumer environments • Online booking or eCommerce journey optimisation experience • Agile delivery (Jira / Confluence)
