Required Skills 1 Strong understanding of the end-to-end cards and payments lifecycle from merchant initiation through clearing settlement and posting 2 Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities 3 Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills 4 Effective stakeholder management skills 5 Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies 6 Experience in use case analysis feature creation backlog refinement and sprint planning 7 Knowledge of payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 8 Experience in the card issuing and payments domain 9 Ability to guide teams through complex functional and integration requirements Good to have skills 1 Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis validation and troubleshooting 2 Understanding of APIs and Microservices architecture including REST concepts and integrations 3 Familiarity with API documentation tools eg Swagger OpenAPI 4 Basic knowledge of data flows and system integrations in distributed systems.
