Role: Business Analyst (Certifications Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals) Location: Foster City CA – Onsite Duration:12 Months Job summary: β€’ We are looking for a seasoned Pharma Marketing Techno-Functional Domain Expert to support a West Coast-based pharmaceutical client. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in life sciences marketing data, HCP analytics, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate understands how the US pharma marketing ecosystem works from a data perspective and can support business needs across HCP360 and the Marketing Data Hub. Experience: 10 to 14 years Required Skills: β€’ ESQL, Data Platform Administrator Responsibilities: β€’ Own end-to-end data enablement for pharma marketing programs, including ingestion, normalization, and delivery of Patient-Level Data PLD Define data standards and governance for aggregate-level marketing datasets sourced from US based vendors Serve as subject matter expert for HCP360 supporting onboarding, data integration, and business consumption layers Support Marketing Data Hub architecture, data flows, and capability roadmap Map HCP engagement signals from media vendors to unified HCP profiles Translate business requirements into technical data specifications Partner with analytics teams on marketing attribution, reach, and frequency reporting Vendor Ecosystem β€’ Knowledge Required Candidates must have hands on experience working with aggregate-level marketing data from US-based pharma marketing vendors including DeepIntent, Medscape, WebMD Health, IQVIA Veeva, and Symphony Health. Required Qualifications β€’ 10+ years in pharma/life sciences marketing data, analytics, or commercial operations β€’ Deep understanding of Patient-Level Data PLD: sourcing, privacy, safe harbor, and downstream analytics use Working knowledge of aggregate marketing media data impressions, reach, frequency, NPI-level engagement Experience with Marketing Data Hub or similar enterprise marketing data platforms β€’ Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and ETL pipelines for pharma marketing data β€’ Experience with HCP master data: NPI, specialty, affiliation, and prescribing behavior Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS) Knowledge of pharma compliance requirements (HIPAA, NAI guidelines, data use agreements) Preferred Qualifications β€’ Prior experience on HCP360 implementations Exposure to identity resolution in pharma (NPI matching, HCP deduplication) Familiarity with closed-loop marketing (CLM) and rep digital integration Experience with Agile SAFe delivery in enterprise pharma data programs Certifications Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals Applicant Notices & Disclaimers β€’ For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
