Role description
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to P&C insurance claims.
• Support and enhance claims systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze existing claims workflows and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and implementation of new features or enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Generate and maintain process documentation, business rules, and training materials.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure claims processes remain compliant.
Required Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in P&C insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of claims management systems and P&C insurance workflows.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and SQL (a plus).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
