Role description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management and a proven ability to bridge business needs with IT solutions. This role is critical in driving data integrity, process improvements, and supporting large-scale programs aligned with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with business partners to understand and anticipate needs, translating them into IT requirements.
β’ Manage and groom product backlog; prioritize based on evolving business requirements.
β’ Convert business requirements into actionable IT deliverables.
β’ Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and execute test plans using JIRA.
β’ Oversee all stages of requirement implementation, including design and development.
β’ Conduct business and system process analysis focused on quality improvement and data reliability.
β’ Produce detailed documentation: requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, process flows, UAT plans.
β’ Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation.
Skills & Experience
β’ Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data Management.
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Customer Master, Oracle Order to Cash, Oracle AR.
β’ Proficiency in PL/SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
β’ Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
β’ Familiarity with Agile principles; CSPO certification is a plus.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Ability to lead by influence and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
β’ Experience managing large-scale programs and day-to-day operational requests.
