Business Analyst - CMD

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management and a proven ability to bridge business needs with IT solutions. This role is critical in driving data integrity, process improvements, and supporting large-scale programs aligned with company strategy. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business partners to understand and anticipate needs, translating them into IT requirements. • Manage and groom product backlog; prioritize based on evolving business requirements. • Convert business requirements into actionable IT deliverables. • Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and execute test plans using JIRA. • Oversee all stages of requirement implementation, including design and development. • Conduct business and system process analysis focused on quality improvement and data reliability. • Produce detailed documentation: requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, process flows, UAT plans. • Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation. Skills & Experience • Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data Management. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Customer Master, Oracle Order to Cash, Oracle AR. • Proficiency in PL/SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. • Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation. • Familiarity with Agile principles; CSPO certification is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead by influence and collaborate with global cross-functional teams. • Experience managing large-scale programs and day-to-day operational requests.
