Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for a Business Analyst - Codes and Standards for our client in Remote, NY.

Responsibilities:
β’ Manage pools of existing Participating Contractors (PC) and Retailers (PR):
β’ Maintain regular communications with PCs and PRs.
β’ Support PCs and PRs in using the MyEnergy Salesforce system, including uploading and managing coupons, submitting resident applications and supporting documents.
β’ Be responsible for responding to inquiries and questions from PRs and PCs, including the troubleshooting of issues experienced by PCs and PRs in MyEnergy.
β’ Regularly evaluate the performance of all PR's and PC's and provide recommendation plan for any corrective action.
β’ Manage virtual coupons, including those for appliances, electrical, and installation rebates.
β’ Maintain list of Participating Contractors and Participating Retailers for public reference.
β’ Manage list of qualified products for the program using ENERGY STAR and other resources as a basis and reference available to program participants.
β’ Manage Program data:
β’ Regularly maintain and update dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
β’ Perform routine and ad-hoc data quality assurance reviews and data cleanup.
β’ Record and monitor Program budgets and participation metrics and milestones.
β’ Maintain all relevant process documentation and update them when data quality issues are identified and solutions implemented.
β’ In addition, this person will need to do the following:
β’ Become an expert resource on the Program Manual and other Program documentation.
β’ Coordinate with the Shared Services team on compliance with Participation Agreements.
β’ Coordinate with the Quality & Market Standards (QMS) team and PCs on inspections, recommending, and implementing any required corrective actions.
β’ Perform other responsibilities that contribute to the key outcomes of the Codes & Standards team.
Skills:
β’ Ability to learn new systems and processes from independent documentation review and analysis, and identify actionable areas for improvement.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including in meetings, in presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), and for emails and other written products.
β’ Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work both independently and with teams.
β’ Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
β’ Process-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Exceptional organizational, time management and planning skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability and appetite to learn and assimilate new information and think holistically through complex problems with technical and non-technical components.
β’ Meticulous attention to detail; strong planning and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs of key stakeholders.
β’ Strong work ethic and integrity.
β’ Highly organized & detail oriented.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
β’ Experience implementing client or similar utility incentive programs.
β’ Strength in Salesforce Lightning, including system design, troubleshooting, UAT, report and dashboard building.
β’ IT systems that will be used: Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce
