Role description
Summary The Business Analyst will provide the technical expertise needed to implement enterprise level solutions. This includes being a key contributor to efforts related to project management, identifying requirements, analyzing systems (AMS, CRM and other Business Applications) to ensure they meet complex and changing business needs and interfacing with project stakeholders. The Business Analyst will be expected to demonstrate innovative approaches to solving the unique challenges encountered at a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of enterprise level systems, business analysis, project management and business processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the IT department, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role combines analytical expertise with project management skills to drive successful IT initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver value across the organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross- functional environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable IT solutions.
Collaborate with IT leadership and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems, software, and processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and track project progress.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within IT operations.
Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives in partnership with IT and business units.
Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to ensure alignment on technology projects and priorities.
Project Management
Lead or support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
Develop project plans and timelines; track progress and report status to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Roll out and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned to support IT and organizational goals.
Contribute to IT strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with vendor management and contract administration.
Promote a culture of collaboration and professional growth within the IT team.
Requirements:
3+ yearsβ experience working in a Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar capacity
Bachelors Degree in an IT related field preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business personnel at all levels of an organization
Experience in multiple technical disciplines in business analysis, project management and engineering functions.
Strong knowledge business process improvement, workflow automation, and business systems and applications
Ability to work within a team
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Project management knowledge and experience managing small to mid-size IT projects preferably within CRM/AMS systems and/or business system applications
