Role: Business Analyst (Core Banking) in London Experience: 10+ Years Type: Contract No. of Position: 3 Location: London (2–3 Days in Office) Day Rate: As per skills and experience Right to Work: Must have full UK work rights Job Summary: We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Core Banking expertise to support business transformation initiatives across key banking domains such as Payments, Lending, Deposits, and Customer Onboarding. The role involves analysing business processes, defining requirements, and driving system and process improvements within a Core Banking environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document current and target (As-Is / To-Be) Core Banking processes. Gather, validate, and prioritise business and functional requirements. Support Core Banking system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Conduct impact analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards. Collaborate with business SMEs, developers, testers, and product owners in Agile or Waterfall setups. Prepare and manage documentation — BRD, FSD, and Business Design Documents. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Skills & Experience: 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in Core Banking. Knowledge of Payments, Lending, Deposits, and General Ledger modules. Experience with Core Banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, FLEXCUBE, Mambu). Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
