Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Functional Architecture Design and Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of CRM systems, credit card marketing, and banking domain strategies, along with the ability to drive business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and support functional architecture for CRM and MarTech solutions, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Drive data-driven marketing strategies, particularly within credit card and banking domains.
• Support campaign management, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops, documentation, and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives, compliance, and governance standards.
• Manage change requests and support organizational change management activities.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM/MarTech environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Solid understanding of functional architecture design principles.
• Domain expertise in banking and credit card marketing strategies.
• Experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and requirement documentation.
• Knowledge of campaign management, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with other CRM/MarTech platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and marketing automation.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
