Role description
Business Analyst with CRPM/Private Credit/Asset Management experience (RECENT)
Location: New York City, NY (hybrid & locals)
Experience required: 10+ Years
We need: A business Analyst (10+ years minimum) who has been involved in supporting Private Credit and/or Asset management projects. THIS POSITION IS SUPPORTING βPRIVATE CREDIT AND/OR ASSET MANAGEMENTβ PROJECTS. CHARLES RIVER IS A BIG PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED. Lead end-to-end business analysis for initiatives involving Charles River CRPM (compliance, portfolio management, order management, trade compliance) or Private Credit / Asset Management (deal onboarding, portfolio monitoring, origination workflows, risk reporting).
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in Investment Management, Private Credit, Capital Markets, or Banking environments.
Strong expertise with Charles River CRPM/CRIMS or direct experience supporting Private Credit systems and workflows.
Deep understanding of investment products such as loans, private credit facilities, syndicated loans, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
Solid understanding of the investment lifecycle, trade flow processing, portfolio accounting, and performance reporting.
Experience documenting business requirements, system interfaces, and operating models for front-to-back investment processes.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SEC rules, UCITS, MiFID, investment restrictions).
Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets to support business and technical decision-making.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, vendor platform integrations, or multi-phase transformation programs.
