Business Insight Analyst Perks • Working for one of the most trusted names in financial services for more than 100 years, a brand known by millions • Flexibility and work-life balance • Working on a caring and supportive team that values your input, shares your goals, and celebrates your success Business Insight Analyst Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, statistics, business, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within mortgage, banking, or financial services • Strong SQL skills with experience working in relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Snowflake • Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences Business Insight Analyst Responsibilities: • Analyze reverse mortgage pipeline data, loan performance, and financial trends to support strategic and operational initiatives • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across lending, marketing, servicing, and customer experience • Partner with marketing and business leaders to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency • Monitor campaign performance, interest rate impacts, borrower behavior, and risk indicators to inform decision-making • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and visual presentations for executive stakeholders About Profiles An award-winning creative and marketing workforce solutions provider.
