Role description

Role : Business Analyst with Data Management

Location : Glasgow

Work Mode: Hybrid (twice a week from office)

Experience - 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills : Business analyst profile with Real estate lending, mortgages, quantitative and statistical analysis, Data management, SQL, -monitoring and valuation - working with inhouse PM's,

Secondary Skills - Credit risk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability

  • Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion of project tasks

  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for developers and other stakeholders

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of misalignment between current processes and desired business goals

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights, presenting findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

  • Assist in user acceptance testing, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

  • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively making recommendations for improvements to existing processes and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Should have 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
